Code Enforcement Success!

The residents on Eggleston St. in Historic West End do not take code enforcement lightly! As per the President of W.E.N.D:

“1152 Eggeleston owner decided (for the second time) to allow his house to be used for a business that is not allowed in West End.  The VEO set up shop in the house, they had people with mental issues, cops and emergency personnel in and out of the house.  This was a problem for the Eggelston crew.  The banned together, got code enforcement involved, went to court and now the facility has been closed down.”

The judge also ruled a fine of $1000. Unfortunately this was later waived, but the mission and objective was accomplished! CONGRATS to the families on Eggleston St. and to the West End Neighborhood Development Association for all your hard work!
